|Description||Access top of fishery by parking on Mather Road in Newark next to the marina and the newish footbridge. Walk down the side of the marina to around peg 5.
Alternatively, park on the opposite side of the river near Aldi and walk over the footbridge.
To access the lower pegs, park on Hatchetts Lane and walk over the railway (crossing currently closed) and the Elbow Bridge which leads to the 30's.
This stretch has all the usual species. A good head of Bream, Chub and good barbel on certain pegs. This is a steadily flowing stretch that lends itself to some excellent float fishing.
